Foster Swap depends on people like you spreading the word to other foster parents you know. Posts (with permission) to your local Freecycle groups and other online foster parent groups you belong to can help a great deal.

If your state, or DCF office, has a newsletter that is mailed out to foster parents a mention there would be great, or ask if you may hang the poster linked at right in the office.
